This advanced heart rate monitor tracks your runs, bike rides, swims and more. It transmits real-time heart rate data via ANT+® connectivity and Bluetooth® Low Energy technology. Get consistent, accurate heart rate data on your compatible Garmin device, online training apps like Zwift, or compatible fitness equipment at the gym.

Track your running dynamics
In addition to heart rate, HRM-Pro captures running dynamics to help you improve your technique. It includes metrics such as vertical oscillation, ground contact time, stride length, vertical ratio, left/right foot balance, and more.

Store and forward your data
The device stores heart rate data during swimming or other activities while the watch is out of range, then sends the data to the watch after the activity. It also stores steps, calories, and intensity minutes and syncs them to the watch.

Comfort and practicality
HRM-Pro features a small and lightweight heart rate monitoring module, no larger than the soft, comfortable strap. The battery lasts up to 1 year and is quick and easy to replace.
