MAGNESIUM POTASSIUM SPORT is a food supplement designed for the preparation of a hypotonic drink (Osmolality 211 mOsm/kg) based on carbohydrates and mineral salts, designed for a complete reintegration of liquids and electrolytes (in particular sodium, magnesium and potassium) lost during and after physical effort involving abundant sweating.

Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions contribute to maintaining endurance performance during prolonged exercise and increase water absorption during exercise. The product contains dextrose and DE 19 maltodextrin to promote immediate and gradual energy recovery and the replenishment of muscle glycogen stores. The product is suitable for endurance athletes.

*Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Potassium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function.

Directions: Dissolve 20 g of product (one scoop) in 500 ml of water (one flask). It is recommended to drink in small sips every 15-20 minutes. To make the solution ISOTONIC, simply dissolve 30 g of powder in 500 ml of water.
