Refuel is a post-workout nutritional supplement that offers a complete and tasty solution for muscle recovery. Carefully designed, this product offers a blend of essential ingredients to replenish nutrients lost during intense physical activity.

Refuel’s energy component is comprised of three differentially absorbed carbohydrate sources, including Cluster Dextrin™, maltodextrin, and isomaltulose, which work synergistically to replenish muscle glycogen stores.

To support muscles during recovery, Refuel provides a blend of amino acids, including leucine, glutamine, isoleucine, valine, and alanine, along with HMB to optimize the muscle repair process.

The presence of citrulline promotes better nutrient exchange, improving the supply of vital substances to muscle tissue.

To maintain salt balance, each sachet of Refuel provides magnesium and potassium, essential for compensating for mineral salt losses during physical activity. The formula is completed by a blend of other minerals and vitamins, useful for post-workout replenishment.
